DUE DILIGENCE
Due diligence reports, which investors especially demand before the procurement stage, include studies on both existing designs and on-site applications. This examination process, in which compliance with international standards is observed, is carried out by the expert teams of Ünlü Engineering.
FINANCIAL TECHNICAL ADVISORY
The scope of this service includes the examination of the designs prepared by the investor, on behalf of the financing company, in terms of financial aspects and sustainability. In this context, Ünlü Engineering has taken part in large-scale PPP Hospital projects in Turkey.
LIFE CYCLE MODELLING
The scope of this service includes the creation of a long term operation model (i.e. 15 years) to crate a budget simulation for the technical assets of the project as per proposed design especially in PPP projects.
